Fragment from the lip of a krater or a deep bowl showing the aft part of a ship. Helmsman holding a steering-oar with a loop at its end. End of the sail yard visible above his head.

Similarity with the first Kynos krater suggest the same painter and help to identify the subject as a likely sea-battle..
