The Ancient Mediterranean Digital Project has only been possible through the generous financial and institutional support of a number of entities. Many thanks to the Wiener-Anspach Foundation for funding a two-year postdoctoral fellowship during which the core of the project was conceived and implemented, as well as the Centre de Recherches en Archéologie et Patrimoine at Université Libre de Bruxelles for providing the server to host the database. The photogrammetry component was further enabled through a research grant from the Honor Frost Foundation, covering the necessary museum travels to study and photograph a large number of objects. A second phase of the project, enabling the expansion of the dataset to include the western Mediterranean and the creation of a virtual museum to host the 3D models, has been funded through a second postdoctoral fellowship under Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. Lastly, the database was created thanks to the invaluable volunteer work of Valentin Manolov and Jackson Payne, who were responsible for the coding and website implementation.
